Somerset Cricket Foundation are delighted to welcome Aironix as their newest community partner, helping to take cricket to children across Somerset in the next two years. The partnership will launch with the newly formed ‘Aironix Countdown Cricket Festivals’, a series of cricket festivals across the county, enabling children aged 8â11 to participate and enjoy cricket in a supportive, fun, festival environment.
Kicking off in January 2026, the first series of Cricket Festivals will comprise of indoor festivals throughout the winter, preceding 10 festivals across the County in the summer months, hosted by Clubs.
Somerset Cricket Foundation’s Managing Director Maralyn Smith commented on the new partnership: “We’re delighted to welcome Aironix onboard, and are thrilled to see their support offer opportunities for over 500 children each year to participate in cricket across County. Their commitment to healthier environments resonates deeply with our mission to encourage healthier communities and increased health and wellbeing through cricket and community engagement.â
