Super 1s Disability Cricket Coach – Role Overview

We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly coaches to support our Super 1s disability cricket sessions. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference by helping young people with disabilities enjoy cricket in a fun, inclusive environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the lead coach
  • Deliver fun, engaging cricket sessions for young people with a range of abilities
  • Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
  • Support participants to build confidence, skills and friendships
  • Adapt activities to suit different needs and ensure everyone can take part
  • Work alongside volunteers and staff to run smooth, enjoyable sessions

What we’re looking for:

  • A positive, patient and approachable attitude
  • Passion for cricket and working with young people
  • Ability to communicate clearly and adapt your coaching style
  • Some coaching experience is helpful, but not essential

Locations:

  • Bath – Wednesday 5.15pm – 6.15pm
  • South Bristol – Thursday 5pm/5.30pm – 6ppm/6.30pm
  • Taunton – Wednesday 6pm -7pm
  • Weston-super-Mare – Thursday 6pm -7pm
  • Yeovil – Thursday 6pm – 7pm
