Complete the club contact questionnaire via your club’s play-cricket website. By completing this questionnaire on the admin page of your play-cricket website, the contact information is automatically available to all the leagues and competitions that you enter (who use play-cricket). It is important that your club completes the questionnaire so your club does not miss out on important communications from SCF and leagues. The questionnaire is now live in the admin section of your Play-Cricket site.

Please pay your club invoice for affiliation, which our accounts team sent to club treasurers in February 2024. This invoice will be based on the following bands of affiliation:

    • BAND 1: Adult or Junior only sections or Secondary Affiliation – £75
    • BAND 2: Adult and Youth/Womens sections – £120
    • BAND 3: Adult, Youth & Womens sections – £150

NEW FOR 2024 – Sign the Affiliation T&C’s – click here.

The contact details you provide in the questionnaire will be kept in accordance with our GDPR policy. Your club will then need to decide whose contact details (if any) you’d like to be available to visitors on your play-cricket site choosing the appropriate privacy settings for each contact.

CAN’T ACCESS YOUR PLAY-CRICKET SITE OR DON’T HAVE ONE?

We have produced a help guide for the few clubs who haven’t got an active play-cricket site or no longer have access to their site to enable them to do this: Play-Cricket Help Guide. All affiliation fees collected are used by the Somerset Cricket Foundation to improve our support for cricket clubs and recreational cricket in the county.
