Something for everyone in Somerset

Across the county there are a variety of different cup competitions for everyone to take part in each year.

MAJOR CUP

Open to all SCF affiliated teams who play in the West of England Premier League.

INTERMEDIATE CUP

Open to SCF affiliated teams who play in the top three divisions of the Bristol & District, Somerset or Wiltshire Cricket Leagues.

MINOR CUP

Open to all other teams who affiliate to the Somerset Cricket Foundation

CLUB T20

A vibrant competition that lets young players take ownership within their club, for U19s.

SOMERSET SMASH

Based on the Hundred, this quick fire game for U16s.

u15 national cup

Open to all affiliated club U15 junior teams, winning teams progress through knockout rounds, regional finals and a national finals day.

u13 national cup

Open to all affiliated club U13 junior teams, winning teams progress through knockout rounds, regional finals and a national finals day.

countdown festivals

We host U9s and U11s Festivals in an 8-a-side format for junior teams across Somerset.

WOMENS CUPS & COMPETITIONS

HIGOS 100

Women from across Somerset come together to form three new hardball squads each season, playing in 3 tournaments plus a final at The Cooper Associates County Ground.

hardball & SOFTBALL KNOCKOUT CUPS

T16/T20 knockout format, 8-11 aside teams who play each other across the county, before a finals day at Uphill Castle.

higos softball festivals

T20 and pairs festivals, hosted by cricket clubs with the aim of enjoying playing in addition to league matches.

INDOOR cricket festivals

An opportunity to continue playing cricket over the winter/off season. 6 a side and relaxed for ultimate fun!
