SETTING UP YOUR CLUB SPARK
The ClubSpark system allows clubs & centres to manage their details, including the following:
- Adding and updating club contact information
- Uploading key documents to the Club Checklist
- Adding & managing activators
- Setting up bank details
- Inputting course details – session dates and times, venues and cost
NEW CLUBS
Email allstarscricket@ecb.co.uk and include the following information:
- Full club name
- Full club address
- Venue type : (Club, school, etc.)
- Full name of lead administrator
- Email address of lead administrator
- Contact number of lead administrator
Now – ClubSpark Engage Launches, Clubs load courses
28 February – Deadline for Clubs & Activators to be fully compliant
12-18 March – Priority Booking Window Opens
19 March – Courses live to book
8 May – Course delivery beginsKEY INFO FOR 2026
1. For every 24 children involved in the session you should have a minimum of 1 fully qualified Activator, as well as an additional 2 adult volunteers (over 18 years old) to support and supervise the activity.
2. Your club’s course won’t go live until you have a minimum of 1 compliant Activator per club/course. If you want to make the most of the national priority booking window, please make sure this is completed before 23 February.

ACTIVATORS
WHAT IS AN ACTIVATOR?
Activators are the key ingredient to making All Stars and Dynamos Cricket happen. Thanks to each of you, more kids than ever before are able to play and fall in love with cricket.
Activators must complete the initial training which includes;
- ECB verified DBS check
- National Programmes eLearning course
- ECB Safeguarding for Specialised Roles: Coaches & Activators eLearning course
- National Programmes Face-to-Face Training Workshop
Existing Activators must keep their qualifications up-to-date to remain fully qualified.
