Fun and inclusive group coaching sessions
Each school holiday we run a number of courses for children in School Years 2 – 7. These courses involve a number of different cricket practises and games and are a great opportunity for players to improve their skills. The holiday courses are delivered by our full-time community coaches who are experts in delivering enjoyable and engaging sessions to children.

Girls only easter camps
We will be hosting Girls Only Camps for U11s (School Years 4,5, & 6) and U13s (School Years 7&8) during the Easter Holiday. These will be weather dependent as will all take place outside.

Types of holiday courses
Our holiday course will involve lots of games and activities and will give the players the opportunity to practise and improve their batting, bowling and fielding!
Games will use a mixture of tennis balls and incredi balls with the aim around enjoyment and improving skills. In the Years 5, 6 & 7 course players will have an opportunity for hardball practise (if appropriate).
Players will need to bring plenty to drink and snacks as well as appropriate indoor clothing (cricket whites are not necessary).
‘Blast Batting’ is a holiday coaching course where players will practise their batting skills through a mixture of fun activities and games. Players will get the opportunity to hit lots of balls in a safe and nurturing environment developing their ball striking and power. Most importantly players will have a fantastic time!
The School Years 5, 6 & 7 course will include hard ball practise (for those who wish to do it) and players will need to bring all their cricket equipment. The School Years 2, 3 & 4 course will be softball.
Players will need to bring plenty to drink and snacks as well as appropriate indoor clothing (cricket whites are not necessary).
Our ‘Powerplay Skills Day’ is a fantastic opportunity for players to practise and learn all the skills required to succeed in T20 cricket. Players will practise their batting, bowling and fielding skills before putting them to the test in games.
The School Years 5, 6 & 7 course will include hard ball practise (for those who wish to do it) and players will need to bring all their cricket equipment. The School Years 2, 3 & 4 course will be softball.

Our ‘Gameplay’ courses are 3 hour courses where players will get the opportunity to play a number of different games and scenarios where they have to work out how to be successful and achieve the end goal. The course will give players the opportunity to try different tactics and skills focused around batting, bowling and fielding.

Players will need to bring plenty to drink and snacks as well as appropriate indoor clothing (cricket whites are not necessary).
This is a GIRLS ONLY course for any girl in School Years 4, 5, 6 or 7. The girls will practise their cricket skills through a mixture of fun activities and games. Activities will use a soft ball (with hardball elements for those girls that it is suitable for) and will give players the opportunity to improve their batting, bowling, throwing and catching skills in a fun and friendly environment.
Girls do not need to bring any equipment but are more than welcome to bring their bats if they would like. If they wish to participate in hard ball practise we can provide kit, however if they have their own please bring it along. They also need to wear trainers and comfortable clothing (cricket whites are not necessary).
