Cricket is truly for all and at Somerset we try to ensure that every young child and adult has access to playing or being involved. We offer accessible cricket in through a variety of offers; schools delivery through Table Cricket and SEN specific sessions, Community Hubs, and performance cricket through our visually impaired and Disability County teams.

Somerset Disabled Cricket Club

Somerset Disabled Cricket Club compete in the ECB National Disability County Cricket Championships in the South West D40 South West Pursuit hardball league and the Super 9s softball South West division

Somerset Visually Impaired Cricket Club

Somerset Visually Impaired Cricket Cub compete in the BCEW National League.

Super 1s

Super 1s is a Lord Taverners funded initiative for young people aged 12 – 25 years.

Education Offer

Table cricket is our inclusive schools offer to mainstream SEN departments and specialist SEN schools.

Adult Disability

We are currently growing our adult disability offer and are looking to engage with variety of organisations to develop this programme.

The Champion Club Programme will support cricket clubs across the County start their inclusive cricket journey with three levels of engagement for clubs to choose from.
