We are very grateful to all the volunteers across the county and beyond who give up so much time to help keep clubs and leagues running, often going above and beyond purely for the love of the game and to help provide everyone with an opportunity to play the game

As the ECB start to develop a wider volunteer strategy, understanding how current volunteers feel will help to shape the strategy and the ECB’s plans for the future of volunteering in cricket.

A big input from Somerset volunteers will not only help shape national strategy but it will also enable us to improve our support of volunteers locally.
