With such a huge summer of cricket underway, and following England’s success in the Cricket World Cup, we want as many children as possible to get out there and give cricket a go!
To help make this happen we are running four ‘All Stars Have-A-Go’ free taster sessions of the popular All Stars programme, designed to give children aged 4-8 a great first experience with cricket, and four ‘Come and Try Cricket’ events for 9-12 year olds.
All Stars Have-A-Go (4-8 Year Olds)
- For all boys and girls aged 4-8 years old
- One free-of-charge 90 minute session
- Emphasis on fun and being active
- Focus on developing your child’s movement skills
- Safe and fully accredited
- Valuable time with your kids – mums and dads are encouraged to take part too
- Includes a free bat and ball for all new participants

- Wednesday 24th July 6pm to 7.30pm at Somerset County Cricket Club, TA1 1JT- FULLY BOOKED!!!

- Wednesday 31st July 6pm to 7.30pm at Millennium Park, Nailsea, BS48 1BZ

Come and Try Cricket (9-12 Year Olds)
- For all boys and girls aged 9-12 years old
- Perfect for children who have little or no experience of cricket
- Emphasis on fun and being active
- Focus on developing your child’s movement skills
- Safe and delivered by fully accredited & qualified coaches
Our sessions take place at the following venues and are only for children who are not currently playing at a cricket club:
- Tuesday 23rd July 5.30pm to 7pm at Yeovil Recreation Centre, BA21 4AW
- Wednesday 24th July 4pm to 5pm at Somerset County Cricket Club, TA1 1JT
- Tuesday 30th July 6pm to 7.30pm at Odd Down Sports Ground, Bath, BA2 2PR
- Wednesday 31st July 6pm to 7.30pm at Millennium Park , Nailsea, BS48 1BZ
