Sunday saw the conclusion of the SCB indoor leagues for the U17’s and Seniors.
Topping the U17’s league was a triumphant Staplegrove CC who needed a perfect bowling performance to secure maximum bowling points and managed this by taking two wickets in the final three balls and pipping Bridgwater by one point!
Division A of the Senior league was wrapped up by North Petherton who were pushed all the way by Bridgwater CC, but a good win over Wellington CC in their final match saw them top the table by four points.
Division B was romped by a youthful Bagborough who won 5/5 and topped the league by 19 points.
