We have an amazing opportunity for Coaches of Girls teams. The project (Enhance) has been put in place by ECB with the support of Metro Bank. It’s a programme of tailored support for coaches of girls’ teams, designed specifically around individual’s needs, delivered at clubs with a girls’ section.
🏏 Information about Enhance 🏏
- Each Club will receive 20 hours of individualized and in-situ coach development led by relevant and appropriate staff at SCF. For an example, if you had 4 coaches you wanted us to work with, they would receive 5 hours each, 2 coaches would receive 10 hours of coach development.
- Between the Club and the Foundation, we will put together an agreement of the coaches outcomes, how the project will be implemented and what is expected of both parties.
- We will consistently review and at the end of the project, provide an action plan for the coaches and club.
- This isn’t just for newly qualified coaches, it’s also for existing coaches that would like some CPD. As coaches we are always learning and its great practise to consistently reflect, this project allows us to really help clubs and coaches.
- This project can enhance new girls’ sections or current girls sections.
- You will also receive a £50 voucher for cricket kit.
- This is free. There is no cost to the clubs.
