SCHOOLS DAYS 2025
In the summer of 2025 we will be running Schools Days for Somerset CCC men’s and women’s matches. (Dates TBC). Each day will enable over 1,000 staff and students from across the south west the opportunity to watch top level live sport.
On the day students will be able to:
– take part in cricket skill activities in the ‘Activation Zone’
– complete a ‘treasure hunt’ around the ground
– leave a message for the players
– show their Somerset colours through face painting
– get autographs from their favourite players
– go on the pitch during the lunch/innings break, or support their teacher in a ‘Teacher Catching Challenge’
Each student will receive an Activity booklet with tasks to complete throughout the day as well as information about Somerset and the players.
Schools can apply for up to 55 tickets which are completely free if you affiliate to the SCF (just £30 for the academic year.)

SCHOOLS DAY 2024
School’s Days in 2024 were a huge success with over 4,100 staff and pupils from 121 schools across the south west watching either Western Storm or Somerset in the County Championship. For 70% of the pupils attending it was their first experience of live sport!
